A Legacy of Faith, Family, and Hospitality

Daniels Properties began with a love for Branson, Missouri, and a vision that grew into something much bigger.

Founded by Mike Daniels, the story began after Mike and his wife, Kerri, visited Branson for their honeymoon. They quickly fell in love with the area, its people, and everything the Ozarks had to offer. What started as a few condo renovation projects soon turned into something more. After flipping several condos, Mike began renting out properties of his own.

With the help and support of a couple of good friends, that small beginning grew into a thriving vacation rental business. Today, Daniels Properties manages condos across several of Branson's vacation communities, helping property owners care for their investments while providing guests with a welcoming place to stay.

Faith has always been at the heart of our story.

Mike's unwavering faith in his Savior, Jesus Christ, was the foundation of everything he built. He believed that success was about more than business. It was about serving others, building relationships, showing kindness, and being a witness for Christ through everyday interactions.

In June 2026, our family experienced the unexpected loss of Mike. Although his passing left a tremendous void, his legacy and the business he worked so hard to build live on. His daughter and son-in-law have since taken the reins of Daniels Properties, with a commitment to carry forward the vision, values, and passion that Mike established.

Our goal is to continue growing Daniels Properties while honoring the foundation Mike laid. We hope to expand our presence throughout the Branson community, build lasting relationships with property owners, and provide guests with wonderful places to make lasting memories.

But above all, our greatest desire is to honor Christ in all that we do.

We believe our nightly rental business is more than an opportunity to provide a place to stay. It is an opportunity to serve, encourage, build relationships, and share the love and Gospel of Jesus Christ with those we encounter along the way.
